The Guardian AI app gives authorized users of customer organizations a secure mobile and desktop view into their own Guardian AI deployment — live camera feeds, AI-generated alerts and incident metadata delivered from the Guardian AI edge system installed at the customer's site. This page helps you sign in, manage app permissions, set up notifications, resolve common issues, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
Guardian AI is built for authorized monitoring environments only. Access to the dashboard and apps is restricted to authorized customers and their authorized users. AI outputs are designed to assist and support human monitoring teams; they may require human verification and can produce false positives and false negatives. Guardian AI is not an emergency service and does not replace emergency services, on-site security personnel, or professional monitoring. If you cannot find what you need below, contact our support team by email at support@navicoretechnologies.com or by phone at +91 7738551596 and we will be glad to help.
What the Guardian AI app is and who it is for
Guardian AI is an edge-AI surveillance and incident-intelligence platform by Navicore Technologies. AI detection runs on the Guardian AI edge system installed at the customer's own site. Camera feeds and AI-generated alerts and incident metadata are delivered to authorized monitoring teams through a secure web dashboard and native mobile and desktop apps.
The Guardian AI app is the companion to that platform. It is designed to help authorized monitoring teams stay connected to their Guardian AI deployment when they are away from a desk — viewing live camera feeds, reviewing AI-generated alerts and incident metadata, and following up on activity recorded at their own site.
The app is intended exclusively for authorized users of customer organizations. It is not a consumer product and is not available to the general public. Access to the dashboard and apps is restricted to authorized customers and their authorized users; accounts are provisioned by your organization, not by self sign-up. Guardian AI is used by authorized enterprise, industrial, critical-infrastructure and smart-city customers — for example electrical substations, facilities, campuses and public infrastructure — in authorized monitoring environments only.
The app and dashboard are designed to assist and support trained human monitoring teams. AI outputs may require human verification and can produce false positives and false negatives. They are one input into your organization's own monitoring and decision-making processes and are not a substitute for human judgment, on-site security personnel, or professional monitoring.
Signing in and login help
You sign in to the app with the same Guardian AI account your organization uses for the web dashboard. There is no separate app-only account and no public self sign-up — your credentials are provisioned by your organization's administrator.
If you are a returning user, sign in with your existing Guardian AI credentials. You can also access your account from a browser at the returning-user dashboard login at https://www.navicoretechnologies.com/dashboard/ .
- Open the Guardian AI app on your device.
- Enter the email address or username associated with your Guardian AI account.
- Enter your password, and complete any additional verification step your organization requires.
- If your device and organization policy support it, you can enable biometric unlock (such as fingerprint or face unlock) for faster, secure access on return visits.
If you do not yet have credentials, or you are unsure whether your organization has enabled app access for your account, please contact your own organization's Guardian AI administrator first. Account provisioning, role assignment and access scope are managed by your organization, because access is restricted to authorized customers and their authorized users.
- Forgot your password: use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen, or ask your organization's administrator to assist with a reset.
- Account locked or access removed: this is controlled by your organization's administrator. Please contact them to confirm your access status.
- Wrong workspace or no devices visible after sign-in: confirm with your administrator that your account is assigned to the correct organization and that cameras have been shared with your role.
- Still cannot sign in after the steps above: contact Guardian AI support by email or phone and include your account email and a description of what you see, but never your password.

App permissions explained
The app may request certain device permissions so specific features can work. These permissions are optional, are requested only when a feature needs them, and you remain in control. You can review or change them at any time in your device settings, and you can decline a permission and still use the rest of the app — though the feature that relies on it will be unavailable until you grant it.
- Camera: requested only if you choose to use a feature that captures from your device camera, such as scanning a sign-in or pairing code, or attaching a photo to a note. Granting this permission does not give Guardian AI access to your device camera in the background. It is not required to view the live feeds from your organization's installed site cameras.
- Microphone: requested only if your organization has enabled and you choose to use two-way audio (talk) features designed to let authorized operators speak through supported on-site equipment. If you do not use talk features, you can leave the microphone permission off.
- Notifications: requested so the app can deliver alerts and updates about activity at your site. This is optional; if you decline, you can still open the app to review activity manually, and you can enable notifications later in your device settings.
Permissions are designed to support specific, user-initiated features and to help authorized teams do their work. Guardian AI is for authorized monitoring environments only, and the app does not use these device permissions to monitor you. To change any permission, open your device's system settings, find the Guardian AI app, and adjust the relevant toggle. On iOS, open Settings, then Guardian AI; on Android, open Settings, then Apps, then Guardian AI, then Permissions.
Notifications and alerts help
Notifications are designed to help authorized teams stay aware of AI-generated alerts and incident updates from their site without keeping the app open. Alerts are produced by the AI detection pipeline running on the Guardian AI edge system at your site and are intended to assist your team's review.
Because alerts are AI-generated, they may require human verification and can include false positives and false negatives. Treat notifications as a prompt to review, not as a confirmed finding, and follow your organization's own verification and response procedures.
- Enable or disable notifications: turn notifications on or off for the Guardian AI app in your device's system settings, and within any notification controls offered inside the app.
- Choose what you receive: where your organization's configuration allows, you may be able to adjust which categories of alerts you are notified about.
- Delivery timing: notifications depend on your device having a working internet connection and on notifications being permitted for the app. Battery-saver and focus or do-not-disturb modes on your device can delay or suppress them.
- Quiet hours: use your device's focus or do-not-disturb settings to manage when alerts interrupt you, in line with your organization's monitoring coverage plan.
Common troubleshooting
Most issues can be resolved with the steps below. If a problem continues after trying them, contact support with a description of what you are seeing, your device type and operating-system version, and the approximate time the issue occurred.
Can't sign in
- Confirm you are using the same Guardian AI account credentials you use for the web dashboard, and check for typos or an unintended trailing space.
- Make sure your device has a working internet connection, then close and reopen the app.
- Update the app to the latest version from the App Store or Google Play.
- If you use biometric unlock, try signing in with your password instead to rule out a device biometric issue.
- Confirm with your organization's administrator that your account is active and assigned to the correct organization.
No video or feeds won't load
- Check your internet connection; live video needs a stable connection and may struggle on weak or congested networks.
- Pull to refresh, or close and reopen the app to re-establish the connection to your feeds.
- Confirm with your administrator that the relevant cameras are shared with your role and that the on-site system is online; a camera or site outage will prevent its feed from loading.
- Some corporate or guest Wi-Fi networks restrict the connections live video uses — try a different network or your cellular connection to compare.
- If only one feed is affected, the issue is likely specific to that camera or site rather than the app.
No notifications
- Open your device settings and confirm notifications are allowed for the Guardian AI app.
- Check that focus, do-not-disturb, or battery-saver modes are not suppressing alerts.
- Make sure you are signed in and that the app has been opened at least once since installing or updating.
- Confirm with your administrator that alerting is enabled for your account and the cameras assigned to you.
Cellular, Wi-Fi and connectivity
- Live video and real-time alerts depend on a stable internet connection; performance can vary between cellular and Wi-Fi and across different networks.
- If the app feels slow or feeds drop, switch between Wi-Fi and cellular to see which performs better in your location.
- Restrictive firewalls or VPNs on some networks can interfere with live streaming; if you suspect this, try a different network or ask your IT team about the network's policies.
- After regaining connectivity, reopen the app or pull to refresh so it can reconnect to your feeds and alerts.

Managing your account and data
Your Guardian AI account is provisioned and managed by your organization. For changes to your role, the cameras and data you can access, or to add or remove users, please contact your organization's Guardian AI administrator.
We are committed to handling personal data responsibly. To learn what personal data is collected, how it is used, how long it is retained, how it is shared and secured, and your rights, please read our Privacy Policy. If you would like to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with your use of the app, see the section below and our Data Deletion page, which explain what can be requested and how to make a request.
Because Guardian AI deployments are operated by customer organizations, some data is controlled by your organization as the data controller, as part of its own records and security operations. Where that is the case, certain requests may need to be directed to, or coordinated with, your organization. Our privacy team can help you understand the right path for your request.
- Privacy Policy: how Guardian AI collects, uses, retains, shares and protects personal data, and your rights.
- Terms of Service: the terms that govern use of the Guardian AI app and services.
- Data Deletion: how to request deletion of your account and personal data and what to expect.
To make a request or ask a privacy question, contact our privacy team. We aim to respond to verified account- and data-deletion requests within 30 days.

How to delete your account and associated data
Guardian AI accounts are created and managed by your organization's authorized administrator; there is no public sign-up, and only pre-registered users can sign in. There is also no in-app "delete account" control. You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with your use of the app in two ways: through your organization's administrator, or by emailing our privacy team. Both reach the same Navicore Technologies privacy team and are handled the same way.
Through your administrator
- Contact your organization's authorized administrator — the person who set up your Guardian AI account.
- Ask them to remove your account and the personal data associated with it; administrators can deactivate and delete the users they manage.
- We may need to verify the request before we proceed, to protect your account against unauthorized deletion.
By email
- Email privacy@navicoretechnologies.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject "Account and data deletion request", and include your account email so we can locate and verify your account.
- Or visit our Data Deletion page at https://www.navicoretechnologies.com/data-deletion and follow the instructions there.
- If you prefer, you can also call +91 7738551596 and we will direct your request to the privacy team.
What is deleted: when your request is verified and completed, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the personal data we hold that is associated with your individual account, including your account profile and sign-in credentials, your in-app preferences and notification settings, and personal usage and diagnostic records linked to you. Once completed, deletion is permanent and the data cannot be recovered.
Response timeline: we aim to acknowledge your request promptly and to complete verified deletion within 30 days. If a request is unusually complex or we need more time, we will let you know.
Enterprise and administrator (data controller) note: Guardian AI is provided to organizations, and your organization is the data controller for the deployment, its site cameras, recordings, alerts and incident records. Because your account is provisioned by your organization, deleting your individual account may require coordination with, or be initiated by, your organization's Guardian AI administrator, and it does not by itself delete operational footage or incident records that your organization controls and retains as part of its own security operations and records. Where data is controlled by your organization, we will direct or coordinate the relevant parts of your request with them and help you understand the right path.
Legally retained data: in limited cases we may retain certain information where we are required or permitted to do so by law — for example to comply with legal, tax, accounting, audit, security or dispute-resolution obligations, or to enforce our agreements. We retain only what is necessary for those purposes, keep it for no longer than required, and delete or anonymize it when the obligation ends.
