Overview
Guardian AI is an edge-AI surveillance and incident-intelligence platform by Navicore Technologies. AI detection runs on the Guardian AI edge system installed at the customer's own site. Camera feeds and AI-generated alerts and incident metadata are delivered to authorized monitoring teams through a secure web dashboard and native mobile and desktop apps. The platform is used by authorized enterprise, industrial, critical-infrastructure and smart-city customers — for example electrical substations, facilities, campuses and public infrastructure.
This Support page is intended to help authorized users operate the platform with confidence. It covers signing in, using the dashboard, monitoring edge device and camera health, working with alerts and notifications, using the mobile and desktop apps, understanding how your data is handled, requesting account and data deletion, resolving common issues, and reaching our support team. Guidance here is general and product-level; it is not specific to any individual deployment, and your organization's administrator may have configured additional settings or procedures for your environment.
Guardian AI is designed to assist and support authorized monitoring teams. AI outputs are intended to help authorized teams prioritize attention, and may require human verification. Automated detection can produce false positives and false negatives, so AI-generated alerts and incident metadata should be reviewed by trained personnel before any action is taken. Guardian AI supports English plus several Indian languages.
Getting Started: Account & Login Help
Guardian AI accounts are provisioned for authorized customers and their authorized users. If your organization has a Guardian AI deployment, your administrator or the Navicore Technologies team will arrange your access. Self-service public sign-up is not offered, because the platform is designed for authorized monitoring environments only.
Returning users sign in to the web dashboard at https://www.navicoretechnologies.com/dashboard/. We recommend bookmarking this address and signing in from a supported, up-to-date browser on a trusted device that complies with your organization's security policies.
If you are signing in for the first time, use the credentials provided to you and follow any first-login steps your administrator has set, which may include setting a new password or completing additional verification. Keep your credentials confidential and do not share your account; each authorized user should sign in with their own account.
Password resets are handled through your organization's administrator. If you have forgotten your password, cannot sign in, or believe your account may be locked, contact your administrator first. Administrators who need assistance, or users whose organization has directed them to contact us, can reach the Guardian AI support team at support@navicoretechnologies.com or by phone at +91 7738551596.
- Use the official dashboard address: https://www.navicoretechnologies.com/dashboard/
- Sign in with your own authorized account; do not share credentials.
- For password resets and new access, contact your organization's administrator.
- If you receive an unexpected sign-in prompt or a message you did not request, do not enter your credentials and report it to your administrator.
- Always confirm you are on https://www.navicoretechnologies.com before entering credentials.
Dashboard Support: Live View, Alerts & Playback
The Guardian AI web dashboard is the primary workspace for authorized monitoring teams. From the dashboard you can view live camera feeds, review AI-generated alerts and incident metadata, and play back recorded segments where your deployment and permissions allow. The features and cameras you can see depend on the access your administrator has granted to your account.
Live view streams camera feeds using low-latency WebRTC playback so authorized users can monitor activity in near real time. If a live feed does not appear, is slow to load, or shows a connection message, this is most often related to network conditions, browser state, or device health rather than the camera itself. The troubleshooting section below lists steps that resolve most live-view issues.
Alerts in the dashboard are generated by the edge-AI detection pipeline and are designed to help authorized teams focus their attention. Each alert may include incident metadata such as a timestamp, the camera involved, and a short description or caption. Because AI detection can produce false positives and false negatives, alerts are intended to support — not replace — human review, and may require human verification before any decision or action.
Playback lets authorized users review recorded segments associated with alerts or selected time periods, where this is enabled for your deployment. Availability and retention of recorded footage are governed by your organization's configuration and policies. If you need playback access that you do not currently have, contact your administrator.
- Live view: monitor authorized camera feeds in near real time.
- Alerts: review AI-generated alerts and incident metadata, then verify with a trained operator.
- Playback: review recorded segments where enabled by your deployment and permissions.
- Treat every AI output as decision-support that may require human verification, not a final determination.
Device & Camera Support
Guardian AI runs its detection pipeline on the Guardian AI edge system installed at the customer's own site, with cameras connected to that edge device. The dashboard and apps surface general health and connectivity indicators so authorized teams can see, at a glance, whether the edge device and its cameras are online and reporting normally.
Edge device health refers to whether the on-site Guardian AI edge system is powered, connected to the network, and actively running the detection pipeline. If a device appears offline or is not reporting, the most common causes are local power or network interruptions at the site. Checking the device's power and on-site network connection resolves many of these situations.
Camera connectivity refers to whether each camera is reachable and delivering a usable stream to the edge device. A camera may show as unavailable if it has lost power, lost its network link, or been physically obstructed or moved. For camera issues, confirm the camera has power and a network connection, and that nothing is blocking its view.
The guidance here is general and applies to the platform as a whole. It is not specific to any individual deployment, camera model, or wiring configuration. Physical installation, on-site networking, and hardware servicing are typically handled by your organization's on-site or IT teams. If a device or camera remains unavailable after basic checks, contact your administrator, who can escalate to Navicore Technologies support if needed.
- Confirm the edge device shows as online in the dashboard before troubleshooting individual cameras.
- For an offline edge device, check on-site power and network connectivity first.
- For an unavailable camera, check the camera's power, network link, and field of view.
- Allow a short period for a device or camera to reconnect and resume reporting after a power or network interruption.
- If issues persist after basic checks, contact your administrator, who can escalate to support@navicoretechnologies.com.
Alerts & Notifications Support
Guardian AI generates alerts from its edge-AI detection pipeline and can deliver notifications to authorized users through the dashboard and the mobile and desktop apps. Alerts and notifications are designed to help authorized teams stay aware of activity and prioritize what to review, supporting human monitoring rather than replacing it.
Notification behavior — including which events trigger a notification, who receives it, and through which channels — depends on how your administrator has configured the platform for your organization and on the settings on your own account and device. If you are receiving too many, too few, or no notifications, the first step is to review your notification settings and confirm them with your administrator.
Because alerts are produced by automated detection, they can include false positives (an alert where there is no real event of interest) and false negatives (a real event that does not generate an alert). For this reason, alerts and their incident metadata are intended to assist trained personnel and may require human verification. Do not treat an alert, or the absence of one, as a confirmed determination of what is happening on site.
- Alerts are decision-support signals designed to help authorized teams prioritize review.
- Notification delivery depends on administrator configuration and your account and device settings.
- Verify your device's notification permissions are enabled if you expect push notifications and are not receiving them.
- Automated detection can produce false positives and false negatives; always apply human verification.
- To change which events notify you or how, contact your administrator.
Mobile & Desktop App Support
In addition to the web dashboard, Guardian AI offers native mobile and desktop apps that give authorized users access to live feeds, alerts, incident metadata and notifications. The apps are intended for the same authorized customers and authorized users as the dashboard, and they apply the same access restrictions.
Sign in to the apps with the same authorized credentials you use for the dashboard. For the best and most secure experience, keep the app and your device's operating system updated to the latest available versions, and install the app only from an official source provided or approved by your organization or by Navicore Technologies.
If an app will not sign in, will not display feeds, or is not delivering notifications, confirm that your device has a working network connection, that the app and operating system are up to date, and that the app has the permissions it needs — for example, notification permissions for alerts. Some platform features may also depend on biometric unlock or other device capabilities being enabled. Where a feature is staged or not yet enabled for your deployment, it may not appear until your administrator or Navicore Technologies enables it.
- Use the same authorized credentials as the web dashboard; do not share accounts.
- Install apps only from an official, organization-approved source.
- Keep the app and your device's operating system updated.
- Grant the app the permissions it needs, including notification permissions for alerts.
- If a feature is missing, it may not be enabled for your deployment yet — check with your administrator.
Privacy & Data Collection
Navicore Technologies takes the privacy and security of your data seriously. This section summarizes what the Guardian AI apps and dashboard collect, how that information is used, how long it is kept, how it is shared and secured, and the rights available to you. It is provided here for transparency; your organization, as the data controller for its monitoring environment, may also apply its own privacy notices and policies that govern your use of the platform.
Data we collect to operate the service includes: account and identity data (such as your username, organization, role and authentication credentials managed through your administrator); operational and monitoring data generated within your deployment (camera feeds, recorded segments where enabled, AI-generated alerts, incident metadata such as timestamps, captions and the camera involved, and related translations); device and technical data (such as app version, device and operating-system type, IP address, language preference, and diagnostic or crash logs used to keep the service reliable and secure); and notification data (such as push-notification tokens used to deliver alerts to your devices). The Guardian AI apps do not sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How we use this data: to authenticate you and provide secure access; to deliver live view, alerts, incident metadata, playback and notifications; to operate, maintain, troubleshoot and improve the platform's reliability and security; and to comply with applicable legal obligations. AI detection is designed to assist authorized monitoring teams; its outputs may require human verification and can produce false positives and false negatives, and they are not used to make automated decisions about individuals on your behalf.
Retention: operational and monitoring data such as recorded footage, alerts and incident metadata are retained according to your organization's configuration and policies as data controller, and account and technical data are retained for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate the service, after which they are deleted or anonymized except where a longer retention period is required by law. Account-deletion requests are described in the next section.
Sharing: we share data only as needed to provide the service — for example with your own organization and its authorized administrators and users, and with service providers (such as secure hosting and infrastructure providers) that process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the public. We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
Security: access to the dashboard and apps is restricted to authorized customers and their authorized users, data is transmitted over encrypted connections, and we apply administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot warrant absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any issue.
Your rights: depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because your organization is typically the data controller, please direct rights requests to your administrator where possible; you may also contact us directly at privacy@navicoretechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. Our full Privacy Policy is available on our website at https://www.navicoretechnologies.com.
Account & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Guardian AI account and its associated personal data at any time. Guardian AI accounts are created and managed by your organization's authorized administrator; there is no public sign-up and no in-app delete control. This section explains how to start a deletion request through your administrator or by email, what is deleted, how long it takes, and how enterprise (data-controller) and legally-retained data are handled. Once a deletion is completed, it is permanent and cannot be undone.
Through your administrator: because your Guardian AI account is provisioned and managed by your organization's authorized administrator, you can ask your administrator to remove your account and the personal data associated with it. Administrators can deactivate and delete the users they manage, which begins the deletion process for your account and associated personal data.
By email: you can request deletion by emailing privacy@navicoretechnologies.com from the address associated with your account, or by contacting us through https://www.navicoretechnologies.com. Please include your username and organization so we can verify and locate your account; do not include your password. You may also call +91 7738551596 for assistance with starting a request.
What is deleted: a completed deletion removes your user account and the personal data we hold that is associated with it — such as your profile and identity details, authentication credentials, notification tokens, device and app preferences, and personal usage and diagnostic records linked to your account. Where data is no longer needed but cannot be fully deleted immediately, it is anonymized or de-identified so it can no longer be linked to you.
Response timeline: we acknowledge and process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. In some cases verification or coordination with your organization's administrator may be required before the request can be completed; we will keep you informed if more time is needed for a complex request.
Enterprise and administrator (data-controller) note: Guardian AI is provided to organizations that act as the data controller for their own monitoring environment. Operational and monitoring data — such as camera feeds, recorded footage, AI-generated alerts and incident metadata captured in your organization's deployment — is owned and controlled by your organization, and its retention and deletion are governed by that organization's configuration and policies, not by an individual user's request. If your account was created by your organization, deletion of your individual account may also require your administrator's involvement, and any request to delete organization-controlled monitoring data is directed to and decided by your organization as the data controller.
Legally retained data: we may retain a limited amount of information after deletion where we are required or permitted to do so by law — for example to meet legal, tax, audit, security or dispute-resolution obligations, or to maintain minimal records that an account was deleted. Any such retained data is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes and is then deleted or anonymized.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Most everyday issues can be resolved with a few standard checks. Work through the relevant steps below before contacting support. If a problem persists after these steps, note what you tried and the exact symptoms — this helps our team assist you faster.
Cannot sign in to the dashboard or app:
- Confirm you are using the official address, https://www.navicoretechnologies.com/dashboard/, for the web dashboard.
- Check that your username and password are entered correctly and that Caps Lock is off.
- If you have forgotten your password or your account appears locked, contact your organization's administrator for a reset.
- Try a supported, up-to-date browser, or restart the app on mobile or desktop.
Live feed will not load or is delayed:
- Check your device's network connection and try again.
- Refresh the dashboard tab, or close and reopen the live view; if a tab has been open for a long time, reload it.
- Confirm the relevant edge device and camera show as online in the dashboard.
- Try a different supported browser or restart the app to rule out a local session issue.
Not receiving alerts or notifications:
- Confirm notification permissions are enabled for the app on your device.
- Review your in-app and account notification settings.
- Check with your administrator that notifications are configured for the events and cameras you expect.
- Remember that automated detection can produce false negatives, so the absence of an alert is not confirmation that nothing occurred.
Edge device or camera shows offline or unavailable:
- For an offline edge device, check on-site power and network connectivity.
- For an unavailable camera, check its power, network link and field of view.
- Allow a short reconnection period after any power or network interruption.
- If the device or camera does not recover, contact your administrator, who can escalate to Navicore Technologies support.
