Guardian AI by Navicore Technologies is an edge-AI surveillance and incident-intelligence platform that helps authorized teams monitor their own sites and review incidents, operated by Navicore Technologies Private Limited. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, and how you can exercise your related data rights — including requesting access to, an export of, or correction of your data.
Guardian AI accounts are created and managed by your organization's authorized administrator; there is no public sign-up, and only pre-registered users can sign in. To request deletion of your account or personal data, you can contact your organization's authorized administrator, or email our privacy team at privacy@navicoretechnologies.com from the address associated with your account. Both routes are described below. We treat data-deletion and data-rights requests seriously, acknowledge and complete verified requests within 30 days, and handle them in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, subject to the limited legal and security retention described later on this page.
Guardian AI is intended for authorized monitoring environments only. Dashboard and app access is restricted to authorized customers and their authorized users. Guardian AI is designed to assist and support authorized monitoring teams; its AI outputs may require human verification and can produce false positives and false negatives, and it is not an emergency service. This page covers the personal data we hold about you as a user of Guardian AI — such as your account profile and app-usage records — and explains how organization-provisioned accounts are handled, since many of our users access Guardian AI through an enterprise, industrial, critical-infrastructure, or smart-city customer that acts as the data controller.
Who is responsible for your data
Guardian AI is owned and operated by Navicore Technologies Private Limited, the legal entity responsible for the Guardian AI product and for the personal data we hold about you as a Guardian AI user. For account-level personal data — such as your profile, contact information, and app-usage records — Navicore Technologies Private Limited acts as the data controller, and you can exercise the rights described on this page by contacting us directly.
Where your account is created or provisioned by an organization that uses Guardian AI to monitor its own environment, that organization generally acts as the data controller for your account and for the operational data within its monitoring environment. In those cases, Navicore Technologies Private Limited processes data on that organization's behalf, and some requests may need to be coordinated with the organization, as explained in the enterprise and administrator note below.
Data controller: Navicore Technologies Private Limited
Registered address: R. No. 94, Kamgar Nagar, Shell Colony Road, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400071, India

What personal data we hold and how we use it
So that this page is clear and complete, here is a summary of the personal data we hold about you as a Guardian AI user, why we use it, how long we keep it, and who it may be shared with. This summary complements our Privacy Policy.
- Account and profile data — your name, email address, username, role, organization affiliation, and account settings, used to create and operate your account and to provide the app and dashboard.
- Authentication and security data — credentials, sign-in records, device and session identifiers, and security logs, used to authenticate you, keep your account secure, and detect and prevent unauthorized access or abuse.
- App and dashboard usage data — records of how you interact with the product, such as features used, requests made, and diagnostic and crash information, used to operate, maintain, secure, and improve Guardian AI.
- Support and communications data — messages you send us and our responses, used to provide support and respond to your requests.
We retain this data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, and thereafter only as described in the section on data we may retain. We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards, with the organization that provisioned your account where relevant, and where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational security measures designed to protect your data, as described in the security section below.
Camera feeds, AI-generated alerts, and incident metadata generated within a customer's monitoring environment are typically controlled by the organization that operates that environment, not by Navicore Technologies as controller; requests relating to that operational data are handled in coordination with the relevant organization, as explained in the enterprise and administrator note below.
What you can request
As a Guardian AI user, you can ask us to help you exercise the following rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to you, some of these rights may be subject to conditions or limitations, and some requests may need to be coordinated with the organization that provided your account.
- Delete your account and associated personal data — request closure of your Guardian AI user account and deletion of the personal data we hold about you, subject to the limited categories of data we may be required to retain (described later on this page).
- Access or export a copy of your data — request confirmation of whether we hold personal data about you and, where applicable, receive a copy of that data in a portable, commonly used format.
- Correct your data — request that we update or correct personal data about you that is inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, such as your name, contact details, or account settings.
- Withdraw consent or object — where we rely on your consent, withdraw it at any time, and where applicable object to or ask us to restrict certain processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before you did so.
These rights apply to personal data associated with your Guardian AI user account — for example, your account profile, contact information, authentication details, and records of how you use the app and dashboard. Camera feeds, AI-generated alerts, and incident metadata generated within a customer's monitoring environment are typically controlled by the organization that operates that environment; requests relating to that operational data are handled in coordination with the relevant organization, as explained in the enterprise and administrator note below.
How to submit a request
You can submit a data-deletion or data-rights request using either of the methods below. Both methods reach the same privacy team and are handled the same way — choose whichever is more convenient for you.
Through your organization's administrator: Guardian AI accounts are provisioned and managed by your organization's authorized administrator, so you can ask your administrator to remove your account and the personal data associated with it. Administrators can deactivate and delete the users they manage. This is often the quickest route for accounts that are part of an organization's deployment.
By email: send your request to privacy@navicoretechnologies.com from the email address associated with your Guardian AI account, and tell us what you would like us to do — for example, delete your account, send you a copy of your data, or correct specific information. Including the relevant details up front helps us verify and process your request more quickly.
Information we need to verify a request
To protect your data and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent requests, we need to verify your identity before we act on a deletion, access, export, or correction request. Because Guardian AI is used in authorized monitoring environments, verification is an important safeguard — it helps ensure that only you, or someone you have authorized, can request changes to your data.
To help us verify and locate your records, please include the following where you can:
- The email address or username associated with your Guardian AI account.
- The name of the organization, site, or customer account through which you use Guardian AI, if you know it.
- A clear description of what you are requesting — for example, full account deletion, a copy or export of your data, or a specific correction.
- Any additional details that help us confirm your identity, which we may request as a follow-up step proportionate to the sensitivity of the request.
We will only use the information you provide for verification to process and respond to your request. If we are unable to verify your identity to a reasonable standard, we may be unable to complete the request, and we will let you know why. In some cases we may ask you to confirm your request from your registered email address or through your authenticated app session.
What happens after a request, and our response timeline
Once we receive your request, we will acknowledge it, verify your identity, and determine the scope of the data involved. Where your account is provisioned or controlled by an organization, we may need to coordinate with that organization before completing certain requests, and we will keep you informed if that is the case.
We will aim to complete verified requests within the following timeframe: within 30 days. If a request is particularly complex, or if applicable law requires additional steps, we may need more time; in that case we will let you know within that period and explain the reason for any delay.
When we complete a deletion request, we will delete or de-identify the personal data we hold about you, except for the limited categories of data we are permitted or required to retain for legal, security, or legitimate-business reasons, which are described in the next section. We will confirm to you when your request has been actioned.
Enterprise and administrator note
Many Guardian AI users access the product through an enterprise, industrial, critical-infrastructure, or smart-city customer — for example, the operator of a facility, campus, substation, or item of public infrastructure. If your account was created or provisioned by such an organization, that organization generally acts as the data controller for your account and for the operational data within its monitoring environment.
In these cases, your data-deletion or data-rights request may need to be directed to, or require the involvement of, your organization as the data controller. For example, your organization may need to authorize closure of an account it provisioned, or it may be the appropriate party to handle requests relating to camera feeds and incident metadata generated in its environment.
Data we may retain, and why
When you ask us to delete your data, we will delete or de-identify your personal data wherever we are able to. However, in limited circumstances we may need to retain certain data for a period of time, even after a deletion request. We retain only what is necessary, for as long as necessary, and for specific reasons such as the following:
- Legal and regulatory obligations — records we are required to keep to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or lawful requests, including tax, accounting, and record-keeping requirements.
- Security and integrity — limited information needed to detect, investigate, and help prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or security incidents, and to help protect the integrity of an authorized monitoring environment.
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims — data that may be relevant to actual or anticipated disputes, audits, or legal proceedings.
- Legitimate business operations — for example, maintaining backup and disaster-recovery systems, and honoring records of your prior choices (such as a request not to be contacted) so we can respect them going forward.
Where data is retained for these reasons, we restrict access to it and use it only for the purpose for which it was retained. When the applicable retention period ends and the data is no longer required, we delete or de-identify it. Data held in backups is removed or overwritten in line with our standard backup cycles.
How we protect your data
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the personal data we hold about you against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and loss. These measures include access controls that restrict data to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis, encryption in transit, authentication and session safeguards, and logging and monitoring designed to detect and respond to security events.
Access to Guardian AI dashboards and apps is restricted to authorized customers and their authorized users, consistent with the product's intended use in authorized monitoring environments only. While no method of transmission or storage can be absolutely secure, we work to maintain safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data, and we apply these protections to data that is retained after a deletion request for the limited reasons described above.
Completed deletion is permanent
Please be aware that once a deletion request has been completed, it is permanent. Deleted personal data cannot be recovered or restored, and any account that has been closed cannot be reopened. If you later wish to use Guardian AI again, you would need to create a new account, subject to authorization by the relevant organization.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question about how we handle your personal data, or you are not satisfied with how we have responded to a data-deletion or data-rights request, please contact our privacy team at privacy@navicoretechnologies.com so we can try to resolve the matter. We take such concerns seriously and will work with you in good faith.
Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to you, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority responsible for your jurisdiction. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly first.
